Calibre continues at SplendoHealth
SplendoHealth has been Calibre's software development partner for several years. We built Calibre 2.0 app and related cloud services based on the existing SplendoHealth platform. Therefore, we are committed to continue this journey after Calibre Biometrics ceased operations in March 2026.

Your device keeps working
Calibre devices continue to work with the app as it functions today. They are also already supported by the SplendoHealth platform.
Your data stayed put
SplendoHealth was already Calibre's data processor and is now the controller. Your data remains on the same platform, stored in the US.
Warranties stayed with the estate
Warranties, repairs and returns issued by Calibre Biometrics remained with the bankruptcy estate, so we cannot honor them.

SplendoHealth is a Cardiorespiratory & Metabolic fitness assessment platform, integrating best-in-class wireless sensors to create a comprehensive data set, guided by in-app protocols. We integrated Calibre into our platform years ago, and collaborated with Calibre Biometric to adapt a simplified version of our platform to become the Calibre 2.0 app and related cloud services. When Calibre ceased operations, the servers kept running thanks to their close relationship to our core business.

SplendoHealth acquired certain assets of Calibre Biometrics through a Chapter 7 sale approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts (Case No. 26-10540). SplendoHealth is a separate company and did not assume Calibre Biometrics' prior obligations or liabilities. Calibre services are provided as-is, without warranty. Claims against Calibre Biometrics can be filed through the court's claims e-filing system.
