The problem is throughput
Most programs can get one athlete into a physiology lab. Getting all of them in, twice a season, is where it falls apart. A fixed cart in a booked room does not scale to a roster, so testing becomes an annual event and the data goes stale.
SplendoMonitor moves the assessment to where the squad already is. Portable Bluetooth sensors, an iPad, and fixed protocols mean you can work through a roster back to back, and the numbers stay comparable between the first athlete and the last.
And your own staff can run it. The app guides each sensor through setup and then drives the protocol, setting the resistance itself on a Wattbike, so a testing block does not wait for a visiting physiologist.

The aerobic ceiling to plan a training block against, and a squad-wide benchmark that is comparable between athletes because every test runs the same protocol. The same ramp locates each athlete's thresholds, so prescribed intensities mean something specific to them.

Metabolic profile
The basis of a fueling strategy: which fuel this athlete is actually using at race intensity, and the intensity at which fat oxidation peaks.

Resting metabolism
Energy expenditure at rest, which is where a fueling plan for a heavy training block starts.
Tells you: Resting metabolic rate.
Tissue saturation
How much oxygen the working muscle actually extracts, from a Train.Red FYER on the belly of the muscle. The part heart rate and breath alone cannot see.

Automated ramp protocols
On a Wattbike Atom or Proton the app sets the resistance itself, so the ramp runs to the protocol rather than to a stopwatch, identically for every athlete and every retest.
Comparable over a season
