Splendo Health B.V. (“we,” “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user,” “you” or ”your”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access and use of our software platform ”Splendo Health” as well as any other media channel, website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected to (collectively, the “Application”).

Personal Data

We do not actively collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address). If you contact us via e-mail or using the contact form available inside the Application, you agree that your e-mail address and the content of your message(s) will be stored on the server of our web-hosting provider. We only use your e-mail address to communicate with you regarding customer support. We will never send you promotional e-mails or share your information with any third parties unless required by law.

Application Data

Information created while using the Application, such as activities and records, is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers, except anonymous derivative information (see Analytics Data). Your data may be uploaded to a server of a third-party service provider as part of your device backups, and you are responsible for contacting the third party directly if you want to delete your data.

Analytics Data

Our servers may collect anonymous derivative information when you access the Application, such as, but not limited to, the number of tracked activities, names of activities, as well as information about your interactions with the Application. We only collect analytics data to improve your experience using the Application. We do not share analytics data with any third parties.

Geo-Location Information

We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Push Notifications

We may request to send you push notifications regarding your activities, subscription or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.


We use the information we collect to improve the Application and provide a better customer experience. Specifically, we may use the information to:

  1. Respond to product and customer service requests.
  2. Analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Application.
  3. Compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for our internal use.

By using the Application and providing your information, you authorize us to collect, use and store your information outside of the European Union.
